We're always looking for qualified professional van operators. At the front line of our business, you make a big difference to us and to our customers. If you're looking for challenging work and independence, contact us about opportunities in Household Goods and High Value shipping. We also offer bonus and incentive programs to make the challenge even more interesting. Contact any of our general managers to get more information.

Movers and Packers

If you're looking for variety, challenge, and a chance to increase your skills, Barrett is a great first stop. If you’re ready to learn, we’ll provide the specialized training you need to be successful. Movers and Packers receive 40 hours of classroom training, and another 200 hours of on-the-job supervision from our professional trainer.

  • Movers work with our van operators and supervisors to move household goods, high value products, and office/industrial equipment.
  • Packers work mainly with household moving services, providing the first step in keeping our shipments safe: good packing protection.

Customer Service Representatives

Our "one stop" specialists, Customer Service Representatives are also called Move Coordinators and specialize in either Household Goods Relocations or in High Value Shipping. Move Coordinators work with individuals and corporations who are relocating their home (or one of their employees’ homes), inventory, offices, or displays.

The primary role of Move Coordinators is to make the moving process easier for the customer. Whether you're assisting someone who is relocating within the United States, moving a display to a series of trade shows, or an office from one floor to another, you have the opportunity to make sure that each move is as smooth and seamless as possible. Moving has been counted as the third most stressful lifetime event—our Move Coordinators specialize in reducing that stress for each customer.

To receive more information about Customer Service Positions contact one of these individuals at the office you are interested in working for.
