The Continental Van Operator of the Month for June is Tom Cederberg from 283, our Minneapolis office. Tom has a near perfect updating score of 99.57% and a United Raw score of 1. He has a great Customer Satisfaction score of 96.5% and a perfect 100% Driver Point Score. Tom Cederberg can be described as the ultimate professional. He understands the business as well as any and takes care of his customers first and foremost. When issues arise, he deals with them first and asks questions later, careful not to alarm the customer. His co-workers feel it is an honor to work directly with him. Tremendous job, Thomas!
Michael Ellison is the winner of the Master Lease Van Operator of the Month. Mike is from our 283, Minneapolis office. Mike has an outstanding United Raw score of 1. His SPR score is 67021. He has a claims score of 0.57 and an impressive Driver Point Score of 100%. Mike, while fairly new to the Barrett family, is a long time veteran of the moving business. He is a go getter that can get the job done, no matter what the challenge. He is a self starter and once given the details of the move, he handles the rest. We are very lucky to have Mike on board.
June’s Special Products Van Operator of the Month is Chuck Ross. Chuck runs for our 1855 Mayflower office in Milwaukee. Chuck has a great Mayflower Raw score of 1. He has a perfect Driver Point Score of 100%. Chuck’s SPR is 67957 and he has a near perfect updating score of 99.1%. He has been with Barrett for seven years. Chuck’s career started with Mayflower in 1970. In 1971, he became one of the original 30 electronic fleet drivers for Mayflower. Phenomenal job, Chuck!
