Barrett Moving & Storage

Personnel & Training

Our staff are the difference.

Every member of our staff is specifically trained to make sure your move goes smoothly, from start to finish, and are equally protective of the relationship with you—the customer—as they are with your items.

Each Barrett project has one Dedicated Move Coordinator to serve as your principal contact. The Move Coordinator will keep track of all the details– they will listen to you to develop a full understanding of your needs, design a process to meet them, and oversee the delivery of your moving service.

In addition, expect a Project Manager to be on-site during the move to plan workflow, anticipate your needs and provide the flexibility that moving demands. Move Supervisors will supervise the crew, work with you and your staff on changes, and make sure you are satisfied with the process. And of course, our trained, professional crews will make sure your goods are kept safe and handled properly throughout the process.

Quality Counts

Providing quality service is important to us, so we use a Quality Satisfaction Survey to ask our customers to rate every aspect of the service they receive. We then use this information to identify trends, inform our process, and help our staff to reflect upon and improve the service they deliver.

Results

We value excellence in our staff, and we’re proud of the excellence they consistently achieve.

Top-notch Training

Our shipping and warehouse teams continually focus on quality improvement, and spend the time to analyze and re-analyze their procedures and techniques. Barrett crews strive daily to improve, perfect and implement standards that will keep your belongings safe and secure en route and in storage.  Our staff are sharp-thinking problem solvers who are trained to spot potential problems and find ways to prevent them from happening.

Each member of our dedicated high-value division is trained to transport, handle, store, pack, load and administer your goods according the most stringent guidelines.  Our household goods van operators are professionals with experience who understand that making sure your belongings arrive on time, safely, and damage free is just one part of quality service delivery—making the move as stress-free as possible is equally important.
