Q.
how do I know where my household goods are between loading and delivery?
A. When your van operator loads your shipment you'll get contact information, including a cell phone number to keep in touch directly with the van operator while your shipment is in transit. That way, you can reach each other -- for updates, directions, changes, or in case of emergencies.
You can also track your shipment on our convenient, on-line satellite tracking site.

Q.
how are delivery dates set?
A. The first thing we do with you when scheduling your move is determine together what the most crucial dates are: moving out of your current home, arrival at your new home, or a combination.
Then we look at our options, and together you and your customer service specialist will determine the best set of dates for you, based on your needs, the size of your shipment, and the distance it's traveling.
Delivery spreads are a set of dates within which we promise to deliver your shipment. Most often your van operator will know at the time of loading, within one or two days, when your shipment will deliver.
