Since 2001 we've been a Customer Choice Award Winner six times. This award places us in an elite class of agents who deliver the highest quality of service to our customers, based on customer satisfcation as measured by an independent third-party survey. Ninety-four percent of our customers would recommend us to friends and family - and we're working on making that 100 percent.
In 2007 we received our fourth annual IMPACT Leader Award for achievement in loss prevention, and were awarded First Place in Fleet Safety, which recognizes superior achievement in keeping a safely-maintained fleet running -- giving us the resources we need to keep our on-time commitments to our customers. Our IMPACT Leader Award recognizes the consistent, forward-looking procedures and processes we use to make sure that every customer's goods are handled with the utmost care, using Best Practices that keep us at the forefront of our industry. |
