Before you begin, here's what you'll need to have to complete your claim.
- Your order or registration number. Example: BW-2054-7 or 286-1973-7.
- Ways we can contact you - telephone and email.
- A list of the items you are claiming and a description of the damage or loss.
- The original cost and an estimate of current value. If you are asking for repair, you will not need an estimate of the repair cost.
Time: You will need to complete the claim filing in one session. You can add to your claim at a later date if needed.
Inspection: Do not dispose of, repair or take any action on damaged items till you hear from us. We'll need to see the items you are claiming.
