A.The transportation agreement sets out the conditions and terms of how we'll work together. It reflects the agreement we've come to about rates, benefits, and features we'll apply to your account. It standardizes how all services will be delivered to you, and how you will be charged for them.

Q. what reports are available to me?

A. Barrett provides a standard group of reports to our customers, such as volume and transferee satisfaction reports. We're also happy to design a customized report for you.

Most importantly, we believe that meeting with you regularly and reporting in person on our performance gives us the chance to make sure that we are meeting your needs. It gives you the chance to tell us how we're doing, and how we can do it better. Regular reviews of our performance are important to us because we want to know how to improve service delivery continuously. And, because we value your business.
