We want you to have one principal contact for all of your employee relocation needs. To do that, we make sure that your Move Coordinator knows your transportation policy and your procedures, understands your goals and objectives in employee relocation, and provides you with the information you need.
Your Move Coordinator is also a one-stop call for your transferees too. They will talk with someone who is familiar with their relocation, your policy and procedures, and who can answer questions, address special requests, and - most importantly - make the move process as easy as possible. We want your transferees to see their relocation as a benefit you provide to them.
Quality Counts
And we count quality. We use a Quality Satisfaction Survey to measure results. Our survey asks transferees to rate every aspect of the service they receive. We use the information to identify trends, inform our Quality Process, and assist our Move Coordinators and other service providers in the continuous improvement of their service delivery.
